1964 Innocenti i4

This car was built in Italy by Innocenti who had an arrangement with BMC to build versions of various models modified for the local market.

The i4 model was based upon the UK Austin 1100 - although it featured the Morris-style grille.

Other detail differences include the bumper overriders, the trim strip along the waist line, and the seats

Approximately 30,000 of this model were produced over about 10 years.

This particular car was recently imported to Australia from Verona, Italy, and is being prepared for road registration in Queensland.

Being a European market car originally, it is left hand drive.
