The Morris 1500 series was engineered by the British Motor Corporation of Australia as the replacement for the locally built Morris 1100 series.

Introduced in June 1969, nearly 26,000 sedans and Nomads were produced before production ceased in April 1972 when its production line was converted to build the "Australianised" Marina.

The purpose of this website is to help preserve & encourage the restoration of any surviving examples of these unique cars by collecting and sharing knowledge & information about them. If you own (or used to own) a 1300/1500/Nomad or are restoring one, I'd be interested to hear about it - photos are welcome! If you have any parts that might be useful to others, let me know about that too.
